Inclusivity

Pros:

  • "I’m in a wheelchair and my experiences of retail in the metro centre since using one, have been very poor. Completely the opposite in this store. I cannot fault their inclusivity and I came out feeling like I mattered."
  • "I visited Apple Metrocentre last Thursday with my brother in law, Peter, who is profoundly deaf and disabled who wanted to update his iphone. We were fortunate to be attended by Missan who very quickly offered the Apple service of a BSL interpreter via video on an iPad."
