• "The stairs are steep leading up to the rooms and you do walk by the kitchens but as it’s a pub with upstairs accommodation it’s to be expected."

• "Had no hot water(sometimes no water at all) for the entire duration of my stay with absolutely no offer of compensation what so ever."
