• "I took my laptop to this Guy On a (Sat orSunday)and was won over by the fact that he stated he could fix this By the following thursday and that I wud get a txt or a email or a facebook message telling me when it was done come thurs i went back on the thurs all excited about getting my laptop back as i am am starting my own business and was told that it was not fixed and that it would be fixed by the thursday Fortnight again was told that the Item had not been delievered and by this time i am really upset as i have a few customer already placing orders to make a long story short I still have not got this computer back and Now after messaging the guy repeatedly on fb HE IS TELLING MY widfe one thing and me another wont be using this service ever again I think this guy Is the worst and need to go back to somewhere to do a customer Care Course as he clearly dont Know how to deal with Reasonable complaints I think i am being reasonable by asking for the Guy to Reduce the price By £10 for having to wait a month."

Pros:
