The woman stopped taking serious and started making us all uncomfortable, she only let me try 4 dresses and said because I don’t have a date yet I can come back once I have a date and pay again £50… I was very upset about this as I already paid for their time."

Every time I've been told that they would sort it and email me the next day. I'm yet to get any answers."
