On arrival at Kwik Fit, it was clear the team were extremely busy but Craig was immediately determined to get me fixed up so I could get back home safely to Swindon.. I was extremely grateful to him and the team who really helped me out!"
• "This is unbelievable I went in on a Sunday to get my rear breaks sorted they didn't have any in stock after it say exhaust breaks and tyres, they didn't have my sort of breaks, and after a wile they said we can't change them because there metal to metal that our policy, so I said ok change the rear disks as well then, and there reply was we don't have them in stock, well that's not good enough if you open every day you should have stock or a source to get them know I have to travel 300 miles back to Norfolk disgusting I'm going to post this every where, this is very very poor my family are very worried about traveling now very sad and very bad service"

• "My partner took my car to Kwik-fit (Weymouth Jubilee Park) on Sunday, and was there before 10am. When he asked the man in Reception if he could fix a puncture he was told “no, we’re too busy, but ’might’ be able to fit it in at 3.30pm! We were going home to Bristol, and my partner pointed out that the notice outside stated “no appointment necessary”. There was no empathy, we are both in our late 70’s and I think this was deplorable."

• "Consistently good and professional service. Needed two knew tyres and windscreen wipers. Said I only needed one tyre and wipers just needed a clean so didn't try to rip me off."

• "Took car here to get my wheels balanced due to poor car handling, my car was still vibrating and Handling poorly after they balanced my wheels so I got my local garage to check the car and sure enough they advised me that they had balanced the wheels incorrectly, they put all of the weights on one side and Didn't balance the wheels evenly."
• "Tyres had not been delivered for the scheduled appointment. When they were fitted everything seemed fine and I’m sure they’re okay. I bought them on a Black Friday deal with 10% off but by the time I had them fitted the offer had increased to 15% off which annoyed me."
