• "Promise you delivery date which you will never receive and when you ask for your money back, they basically tell you to leave the store."
• "If you order furniture do not believe the delivery date you are given."

• "Only one draw back is the price of delivery should the item be too big to take yourself."
• "Leekes never offered mediation or dispute resolution and made many verbal promises that they over turned in writing."
• "They have accused us of lying and making things up and insist on being allowed access to our house to carry out 'minor remedial works' a list of which they have never provided despite being issued with a subject access request to try to obtain it."
• "Order was supposed to be delivered in one so the plumber could start fitting, they only delivered half without telling us meaning the plumber had to get pushed."
