Store Facilities

Pros:

• "Massive put of town supermarket, seems to have a bigger range than most smaller or in town Sainsbury's."
• "Plenty of choice at a competitive price, petrol station on site and disabled and parent and child parking, also a hand car washing service while you shop."

• "Car park is okay however the spaces are a little small so cars are cramped together and I often come out to find new door dings and dents."
• "Entry and exit can be slow as it’s based on one of Plymouth’s busiest roundabouts."
• "Although the shop itself is okay an much like any other Sainsburys the car park layout just causes chaos getting in or out and can be a bit of a maze."

• "This is the second time I’ve called Sainsbury’s Plymouth to ask a question, on both occasions they failed to get through to the department I needed after a long wait in the end of a phone."

• "An excellent online delivery service, which now includes same day delivery, place your order by 12pm and you can choose delivery slots from 6pm onwards."
• "Visiting just a couple day's before Christmas the congestion was to be expected - where Sainsbury's stood out was to have the excellent traffic marshals helping get us safely parked."
