• "Poor and bizarre customer service - during eat out to help out.. me and my partner got a table outside. I went inside to order and I was asked by the guy serving (a young chap of African background) where I was sitting. I pointed the table outside to him where my partner was sat. He then handed over the cookies without a bag. I asked if I can have a paper bag to carry as I had to take a soft serve ice cream and coffees (by the way I ordered 2 coffees, he only gave me 1 and it turned out he also charged me for 1 - clearly not getting orders right) anyway, he point blank refused to give me a bag saying he can’t as I’m eating in?? I was absolutely baffled and felt humiliated in front of other waiting customers."
