Customer Service

Pros:

  • "Attended Currys, Falkirk branch this morning to purchase a washing machine, I knew which model I wanted so no need for a sales pitch, sales person Fiona assisted me, she was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful."
  • "Even though we didnt buy it there, lady and man working at tech desk were very helpful and fixed the problem with no charge for their time!"
  • "But the service was great, as they gave me some advice, and suggested some other smaller independent local shops that I could try and get it from."
