"Staff are rude un-knowledgeable and the Management need to brush up on price integrity."
"Had an unpleasant encounter with staff member on the Pizza section. She was very rude and abrupt."
"Good shop however on the way out I was profiled by the security guard at the time and he attempted to embarrass me in front of everyone in the manner he called me out."
"They are all rude, no manners whatsoever, and are too busy having a conversation with each other."
"One member of staff was extremely unhelpful and ignorant."
Store Layout and Cleanliness
Pros:
"The layout can seem a little strange, with the fresh fruit and veg (usually near to the main entrance in supermarkets) being at the opposite end of the store from the main entrance & car park."
"Nice supermarket, well laid out, well stocked, nice clean store."
"Immediately on entering the store, I was impressed with the atmosphere inside. It was bright and airy and well laid out."
"The home section is great (like most Sainsbury’s with a home section), useful to have a recycling area outside the store alongside a fuel station!"
"The lay out of the store is set out for piece of mind and safety to all customers."
"Very clean plenty of products, staff helpful and kind."
"Also the customer toilets are clean and well maintained."
Cons:
"No vegan options in sandwich grab and go area."
"The new layout is terrible. It's a lot less mobility scooter friendly."
"outside the trolley park and entrance from the car park walk ways are stained and very dirty."
"Toilets are filthy, too."
"The recent refurb has resulted in a complete reorganization which may look better but is not the easiest to navigate and the loss of the bulk section is also lamented."
"It's a good size but the product range is now spectacularly mediocre in pretty much every area across most, the store also looks really tatty."
"Such a poor trip. Out of date food on the shelves, very poor date on the things that were in date."

"They have a wide variety of fresh produce and I find most of my favourite food stuff here."
"An excellent shop. Lots and lots of good produce. Fresh produce is excellent and a good selection of household goods."
Cons:
"The store loses one star from me because of the lack of variety in the cafe, particularly vegetarian options and short staffing on tills at busy times."
"This branch of Sainsbury's has the feel of somewhere that is going to close in the next few months."
"There were aggressive beggars outside which made me feel very intimidated."
"Poor over priced and most times poor quality food but as its for stoke a ghost town they know people have to pay high cause of the convenience!"
"On the downside, it is more expensive than other shops."
"Not a place we use anymore since the café closed and fuel prices no longer competitive."
"Sparse on customers (for a Saturday morning), freezers half full, a VERY poor fish counter."
