Customer Service
Pros:

"The staff is so nice and polite."
"The staff were also so friendly and helpful to us."
"Very friendly and helpful staff."
"Really lovely helpful staff, loads(!!) of pumpkins to choose from, photo opportunities all around."
"The staff are very friendly, efficient and courteous."
"The staff is very friendly. Especially Amy who was at the counter."
Cons:
"Rude staff, they seem like they’ve had enough!"
"Poor service; un-knowledgable staff at your service equipped with nothing but a ‘computer said no’ response."
"Rude staff, they seem like they’ve had enough!"
"I was shocked at how they rip families off."
"Really disappointed..been waiting to go here for ages. Arrived to very heavy rain. Asked to move my ticket to when they have available space. Refused this."
"Only one complaint from all the food, one person had the sausage & chips, but it looked to a lot of us like the sausage came straight out of the packet & never touched the grill??"
"Rude staff, they seem like they’ve had enough!"
Facilities & Activities
Pros:
"Children can enjoy berry picking and also play area which is good."
"Very nice play area for the kids and also a cafe if you get peckish."
"Kids absolutely loved it."
"The maze and playground are good fun."
"There is a great area for kids to play including a sandpit so bring those shovels and maybe a spare change of clothes."
"Outside there is plenty for kids to do while their parents chat on the covered seating and benches, with a play area and face painting when we visited."
"With lots of different fruits and vegetables to pick, two mazes (kids and older ones) in the corn fields, nature walk, kids playground, toddlers playground and electric quad bikes."
Cons:
"Avoid the maze! Paid £20 for me and three kids (8, 5 and 3) - as the lady at the counter wouldn't give us the £18 price she had for two adults and two kids. So £5 a person! Total rip off."
"Sadly the outdoor BBQ was a poor end to the morning. It took an hour for our food to arrive (they seemed short staffed) and, when it did, it was poor quality and badly cooked."
"Was very disappointed. The first thing I saw was an almost threatening type notice saying no picnics anywhere on the farm."
"It was too muddy where we were sinking in the ground."
"The strawberries had been over picked."
"The only downside is that the play area wasn't playable, due to the fact that the sewage was being emptied."
"Unfortunately, the ground was wet and muddy so the play area was okay if you were happy to get caked in mud."
Food & Refreshments
Pros:
"And of course, the statutory cream to go with the strawberries."
"The food at Cammas Hall Farm was tasty."
"Nice choice of beers from the beer tent."
"They were also selling simple but delicious food and drinks at great prices!"
"Also on offer, were delicious seasonal refreshments such as pumpkin spiced latte and gingerbread lattes!"
"The food was amazing we had scones and I was very impressed by the amount of vegan options on offer."
"The Café as always, had a good choice of homemade cakes."
Cons:
"The food in the shop is very very very expensive although I am sure of excellent quality."
"We bought the themed hot chocolate by far the worst tasting hot chocolate literally took a photo and threw it away."
"The restaurant menu was extremely limited, not the best selection to choose from and poor options especially for the prices they wanted to charge."
"Prices of picking the fruit and vegetables were extremely expensive."
"Nice place but so pricey, lunch for two adults and two daughters was 90£ and you can't bring your own food to eat on the premises."
"The only thing you get now is 10% discount."
"My only thumbs down is the price of the pumpkins as it is very high compared to the supermarkets."
