Facilities

Pros:

• "Had a great experience of arranging and celebrating my daughters birthday at Kidabulous."
• "Huge indoor play area and generally goes full in summer."
• "The play area overall was extremely spacious, clean and provided ample opportunities and activities for the 5 year olds to vent their energies and have a fun evening."
• "Great soft-play for all ages however the largest floor space is best suited for ages 5+, could possibly do with more floor area dedicated for smaller toddlers however on the whole the fitout is good."

• "The employees do not even know the items on the menu."
• "Staff don't monitor the play frame which is normally normal practice in soft play."
• "Staff need improvement on customer service and manager needs to actually help and teach staff how to fix a problem rather than doing it for them and walking off."
• "The staff members are incapable to handle parties with larger groups of people (10+ also is too big for them) and they are very unprofessional while dealing with customers and guests."

Accessibility and Convenience

• "There is a tiny car park that holds 8 cars but there is street parking which is free."
• "Acess for prams and wheelchairs, no steps to get in. Sufficient car parking at the front of the building."
• "There is parking and I had no issues parking (I was there early around 9.30qm)."
• "The prices are great, I mean for me my wife and child to go there off peak it cost £11 which for a good few hours of fun is great."

• "Their site is off the busy main road and constantly full of HGVs and vans. Not suitable for kids to be walking near an industrial estate."
• "They have got two play areas big one downstairs for 5+ kids and smaller one upstairs. If you have kids in different age groups you find it difficult looking after both at the same time."
• "The other issue is the higher part of the main play area gets extremely hot like a sauna!"
