"Shocking !!! went to buy a tenere after speaking with them several times on the telephone, they were advertising a great deal on a tenere so went to the shop done the paperwork, was advised bike would be with me within the week so organised insurance and waited for the call, ended up calling them to be told bike was not here this was on Friday so called on Monday as they neglected to call me with an update, this time I was asked if I would like to cancel the order which I replied no I would just like to know when bike will arrive, I was told they would call me back, 1 hour passed and I received a call this time I was told there's bad news firstly the bike would not be coming for a further 2 weeks and secondly the price had gone up by £900.00 as the deal I done was no longer available."
