"I had a phone call consultation with a female GP. Dr Jen or so, could not figure out her name very well. Her attitude was very rude, she treated me with disrespect, shouting over the phone."
"The worst GP surgery Iβve ever been under. If by some miracle a GP picks up your consultation they will call you and if you do not answer they immediately call you again so that you do not pick up and they can throw your consultation away."
