  • "You need to ring as soon as they open and when you do, your already in a que of about 20 people."
  • "You cannot book appointments in advance at this surgery - in order to see a 'doctor' you must prepare to enter the 'death queue' on the telephone at 8am."
  • "It is a sheer nightmare to get through their phone any day of the week and often you cannot even connect to the line because it is so busy."

  • "I called on Monday night at 5.35 was on hold for 40mintues someone picked the call up and put the phone down I called again and at 6 15 on hold till 6.25 so one answered and told me to call back on Tuesday."
  • "Their signal drops nearly everytime and no one calls back when the call is cut short."
  • "I had an appointment for a telephone consultation which was booked by the doctor himself for today 2pm now this was important still no phone call or any updated details in patient app think it’s totally wrong."
