Online Shopping Experience
Pros:
"We had a food delivery from Asda Farnborough today and our frozen food was not there and a cake was squashed. I phoned the store and spoke to the manager of the delivery department and with in 15 mins all our missing items were delivered and due to the store not having another cake they sent a bigger and better cake. Cannot fault the customer service from this manager."
