• "Horrible customer service the staff messed up my order i ordered a lot of food yesterday so i ordered 3 quarters pounder meals i received 2 full quarter pounder meals and now what happened to my third meal is that i only received the drink and the chips so i went to the till to speak to the manager i showed him my receipt he came to my table where i was eating he saw that the burger was missing and then goes ok i’m going to check my cameras i was like ok do that i then bought a extra quarter pounder on it’s own whilst he was checking he made me wait 15 minutes my food was cold after 15 minutes he comes to me and goes i can’t see the angle of the camera we don’t know what was inside the bag so i said that’s your own problem either give me my missing item or refund me simple as he’s like no we cannot do that and walked away... i did not get my quarter pounder in the end that was missing!!! SORT OUT YOUR STAFF!! And replace your manager he is extremely rude."

Pros:

• "The custom orders and deliver was a bit poor when the delivery service first started, however it has much improved recently!"

Cons:

Pros:

• "This is a lovely Restorent which is situated on main road and eassily locatable spot where everyone can reach without any difficulty."
• "A rather busy store with reasonable parking."
• "Spacious car park and restaurant conveniently located at the corner of street."
• "Nice clean area (most of the time) and a great area for kids with tablets and balloons."

Cons:

• "Worst night manager I've ever known 26/11/2022 - about 00:10ish. Got a line going all the way out to the main road for Drive Through and they put the signs for cash only as card reader issues at the intercom where you order the food and you get stuck."
• "Drive thru is rubbish. I ended up idling for 45 minutes as you crawl through whilst being pestered by beggars asking for food."
• "Enough parking slots but limited seating with basement seating space almost permanently closed."
