Location and Building

Pros:

• "Located on the prime area and has 10 screens including 270 degree view on screenX and super screen."
• "It is brand new building development of 'high street quarter hounslow'."
• "Finally Cineworld near to Hounslow high Street. It was expected for a long time."
• "I’m just excited and happy of the fact that we have a cinema in Hounslow (within walking distance from my place)."

Cons:

• "Parking is the only obstacle here as you have to park in either the Asda car park or nearby side streets which are free from 6pm onwards week day or 12:30pm Saturdays."

Movie Selection

Pros:

• "All the Indian movies are played here which includes Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam apart from Hindi and Punjabi movies."
• "Watched many Marvel and DC movies with kids since built."

Cons:

• "Terrible since this Cinema opened it has increased the amount of south Asian movies and hardly shows any Hollywood movies."
• "They've never shown any horror films. For some reason they never show horror films."
• "There are VERY few Hollywood or English films showing here (Winter season) leaving me at a loss."

Customer Service and Staff

• "Ambiance is very nice and catching. Staffs are very cooperative and greeting."

• "They do offer a monthly pass entry @ £16.99 for any number of movies to watch in a month."
