"I shopped online for it to be delivered between 7:30pm and 8:30pm. My groceries never arrived. I did not receive any message or call explaining why. I called customer service the next day only to be told my groceries couldn’t be delivered so I have to request a refund and make a new order. Such inconvenience. Asda home delivery is absolutely unreliable."

"NEVER ORDER A HOME DELIVERY FROM HERE. I ordered a food delivery on the 30th October to arrive between 1pm and 2pm. Order never arrived."
"Absolutely shocking! Ordered online shop for them to ring and say their driver hasn't turned up. I explained I had a 1 year old and not able to collect it on a bus in the pouring rain! Hence paying for delivering. they laughed down the phone and argued it to then agree to have it delivered at 9.30pm. guess what no delivery turned up!"
