Customer Service

Pros:

• "She was so helpful I don’t know her name but shes pretty and wears a hijab, such a nice lady and was super attentive even though she was busy."
• "Was served by Faadumo and Weronicka who recommended the taro matcha and creme brulee matcha - really lovely and they're always happy to recommend flavours."

Cons:

• "The slowest bubble tea experience I’ve ever had. Both employees stayed in the back after I ordered offering no explanation for the delay."
• "Sadly, we decided to leave and asked for a refund. Communication from the staff members was, regrettably, really poor."
• "Very unprofessional, ordered from Uber eats came spilt and spilled everywhere. Spoke to the supposed ‘manager’ sounded like a little girl and got an unprofessional response."

We were told that we’d still be able to order but the staff knew it would be impossible to make 8 of the same drinks from different customers but failed to let any of us know until we asked where our order was."

Drink Quality

Pros:

• "The strawberry matcha latte was amazing, with 50% sugar and ice."
• "The brown sugar fluffy cheesecake milk tea is the highlight, possibly a signature must-to drink."
• "Ordered the matcha and white chocolate and it was really tasty, just the right amount of sweetness."
• "The flavours are good. But on the 2 occasions I had a drink with tapioca pearls in it, the tapioca was stuck together in chunks."

Cons:

• "Not recommended for hot drinks or taro flavor. The hot drinks come in the same plastic as cold drinks, which doesn’t seem safe and is difficult to hold."
• "Waited 30 mins to be told our order won't be ready for another ten mins due to a brown sugar shortage."
• "Drinks were lovely- Shahara was able to pick out a drink she’d think I would like due to me endless inability to make a decision!"
• "I ordered taro drink with tapioca and creme brulee. The creme brulee was super thickk and creamy which is a good thing but it takes over the flavour of the drink."

Atmosphere & Ambiance

Pros:

• "The place is very aesthetic (it has neon signs and large mirrors with a pastel colour scheme) so it’s good for insta pics!!"
• "Cute little spot, well priced, tasty drinks - I tried the ‘strawberry ade with lychee bubbles’ and the ‘lychee pea tea with lychee jelly’, both were a hit."

Cons:

• "Queue was enormous and the small shop is cramped with either people waiting who ordered at the bar or aggressive uber eats or deliver drivers with their bikes."
• "The person at the till was still drinking boba while serving us and seemed like she could not be bothered to serve us."
• "It's not the staff's fault. The owner should take responsibility here and employ 4 staff members to supply the continual demand especially in the evenings! We waited close to 40 mins for 3 bubble teas."
