• "They only have 2 out of the 8 tills manned. Queues are way down the isles."
• "Long queues even though it's written that beyond this point they will open another till. Why advertise something if you cannot deliver it."
• "Always understaffed so the queues are long and 4 out of the 9 self checkout machines are always off or not working."
