  • "Sold me a 'brand new' bike which was 'tested' before being sent to me. Turns out the speedo doesn't work, brakes and rear brake light are faulty, and the wheel bearings are constantly screeching. When I ask to get the speedo fixed I'm told it's not vital and to not expect it to work. Don't get scammed, go in person, test it yourself. Or better yet go somewhere better."

  • "Purchased a 2019 Triumph Tiger 1200 from Potteries Motorcycles, bike had only covered 900 miles, the advertised bike was fitted with full luggage in the advert pictures, agreed to buy the bike, paid them the full screen price for the bike, when the bike was delivered it arrived with no spare keys and the plate that fitted the Givi top box to the rack was missing, quite disappointing considering it was fitted in the pictures!"
