• "So short on staff, they do not clear tables or get lanes ready for the time you booked."
• "So so busy ..waiting was an hour."
• "Its also VERY FULL on weekends like no space to move around."
• "No lanes free for an hour so we booked a lane and was told an hour. That turned into 1hr 30mins."
• "One negative point is the access as there is only one small lift and when we went it was not in operation."
