"Had a leaking coolant system so called them as I found on the internet that it said free collection and delivery service. they fixed the leak (hopefully) but all it was was a loose drainage plug. for this they charged me £100!? £40 for tightening a nut and the rest for collecting the car from 4 miles away, plus had to collect the car from the garage myself!"
