Handover Process

Pros:

• "Dawn was tasked with the handover and just like last time her knowledge and personality was amazing."
• "Subsequently received a great handover from Dawn and a very professional completion of the procedure from Carla."
• "Mark was great with the handover and explained everything thoroughly we needed to know in using our motorhome before we drove it away."
• "On the day of pick up we had Mark who spent just under 2 hours with us showing everything on our motorhome, how to use and and what to do with everything."
• "We then had a 2 hour handover from the excellent Steve who knows everything there is to know about motorhomes/campervans."
• "The handover by Mark was very comprehensive and helpful - such a lot to take in!"
• "On pick up day we had a fantastic handover from Mark which gave us the information we needed about the Nuevo."

• "The check was not clearly carried out properly, after paying out over £200 !!!"
• "Was a little miffed that when arriving home the vehicle had no gas bottles the lack of gas bottles was not mentioned, although the vehicle was gassed up when we went to view it."
