"Yesterday day afternoon I rang as there was a problem with my repeat prescription they setup up an appointment with a prescriber for this morning (so the next day day) and unfortunately my phone blocked the first call from them as it came from a private number I rang the surgery and within 20 minutes the doctor called me back and my prescription was sorted."
