"Update for 23/08/23 - I've had recent dealings over the phone with some of the staff at Carlton Street Surgery after a referral from my own GP and things seem to be different from my own in-person experience 2 years ago. The staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful."
"I recently moved into the area and needed an emergency appointment to try and get some advice on a recently diagnosed condition. The receptionist who came to the door to deal with the patient in-front seemed very rude and standoffish."
