"Absolutely disgrace, I called for an appointment with the DOCTOR and explained what I needed to see him for the guy I spoke to said you'll need an appointment with the doctor he then asked me to wait a moment, he then made me an appointment with the nurse so I thought he'd asked somebody and was told a nurse could deal with it so I go to my appointment sit there for 40 minutes to then see the nurse and be told I will have to make a doctor's appointment, what a joke this practice is, the guy is obviously incompetent"
