"If I had the option of selecting 0 stars I would, I had previously entered around £10 in order to attempt to win a five pound note, after the five pound note dropped, I was told it would not be possible to have the win, as it was stuck in the machine, therefore I have knowingly been denied a win, I had righteously won in the first place, several times did I ask politely could the win be retrieved, to no prevail, this is completely misguided, and morally unacceptable."
