• "An emergency visit! Recently moved. Neighbour 2 doors down feeding rats by the dozen. Saw 2 in my garden. Put down the safety boxes and bait. Smart rat left poison for my pups. Dashed here and they made them sick. Both pups fine. She is still feeding rats. Council aware. Fab vets. Saved both my dogs. Can't thank them enough. Now my local vets. Brilliant. 5*+"
