• "If there was no stars I would have done that! The company very helpful when I purchased the car but they would have been as they had taken my money from me! since then 8 weeks later I was slapped with a sticker on the side of my car threatening it to be clamped, from no fault of my own due to an unpaid finance I am absolutely fuming i now have debt collectors after me when it’s not my fault as there should have been a HPI check on it, I have since called the garage up and they were not sympathetic to my needs and said they couldn’t do anything about it and to just get the company to call them and now I’m left to sort out this mess due to them not doing there jobs properly I’m now in fear of having my car towed!"
• "Premier car supermarket as got to be the most unprofessional used car garage I've ever visited. From turning up there was only one sales guy so had to ask the receptionist for the keys to the VW polo we came to look at. Anyway got the keys went outside to find the car found it after 10min walking around, on the surface the car looked great but look a little closer the car was missing things like the centre caps off the wheels the wheel was badly scraped a crack in front and rear the bumpers for small £8500 car you don't expect this. Went back into the showroom and handed the keys back to the receptionist she was lovey but the wasn't one acknowledgement from any sales person very poor. Went a couple of mile down the road to VW Darby TL wow what a difference the car was the same price with not one scuff on the car plus you actually got acknowledged by the sales person bought a car from VW instead. Stay away from premier car supermarket they seem like cow boys can't even get the basics right."

Tried to offer me a extremely low value for my car but really were going to sell at auction for much higher another employee there told me. Implied I was stupid and did not know my stuff. This garage will rip you off and not to be trusted."
