• "Absolutely shocking! Came here for my child’s first birthday... staff need proper training personally wouldn’t recommend this place."

Big thanks to Megan (I think that’s her name) who was on reception and let my children go on whilst I went to get my wallet from the car so that they didn’t miss time from their session. She was really helpful and kept an eye on them whilst I had to leave and now they can’t wait to go back. Super stress free and appreciate everything she did, hope this message gets back to her."
• "I'd say the only thing letting it down a little was some of the staff. There was a good few who seemed to forget they were working with kids the majority of the time and their patience seemed stretched a little rude and at times put out."

Supposed to open at 10am during school holidays but was told it wouldn't be open till 11am when I arrived at 950am due to Bradford school holidays not starting til next week... so no school holidays, yet was charged full price at 11am as they said it's school holidays in Leeds... so why weren't you open at 10am!... any excuse for a rip off..."

No food even though was paid (waiting for the delivery) Instead of food for the kids (recommended crisps because waiting for the delivery) We don’t mind the prices at all, the biggest problem is that hasn’t been provided what is advertised for and what has been paid for! Very disappointed, hope this isn’t going to happen again!?"
