"Ordered in store and called couple of days later on off-chance it had arrived, helpful member of staff went through numerous boxes but it hadn't arrived and was due on a later delivery, staff member then checked availability at another store and reserved one that could i collect, which I did later the same day, very helpful all round and happy with purchase."
