• "Myself and my partner came here today to look at a Mercedes AMG. We were both very interested in the car and wanted to take it for a test drive, but we were refused a test drive following a very brief chat with a rude salesman."
• "I wasn't going to hang around after someone had been rude and made it very obvious that even though I had made an appointment and arrived on time, they actually didn't care about my custom."

Car Condition and Preparation

Pros:

• "Service, MOT and a full tank of petrol included. Really great experience start to finish! No issues with the car so far either, which you always worry about, but RAC guarantee gives me peace of mind if there is."
• "Bought a Mercedes from FOW Trafford, after a few weeks it had a problem with a brake assist sensor. I can’t fault aftersales, they put a lot of effort into finding the problem and resolving it."

• "Firstly the boot had cigarette ash sprinkled everywhere. Inside it stank really strong of cigarettes. Before I even test drove the car I find cig butt in steering area."
• "Just a shame they don't display the prices any more, Instead you now scan the ticket in the windscreen. We found many cars without the scan code and their web page takes an age to respond."
