Emergency and Appointment Management

Pros:

  • "When its been an emergency situation, they have always managed to get me in and treat me quickly, even during the Covid lock-down."
  • "Excellent Communication at the practice ensures you are able to be seen quickly when necessary."
  • "I'm a new patient here and had only been once before for my initial assessment. I called in the early afternoon to make an appointment because I had a swollen gum. Even though I confirmed it wasn't an emergency I was offered an appointment the same evening."
  • "The dentist saw me as an emergency as I was suffering a lot of pain, and even though he was not my regular dentist who specialises with nervous patients, I was treated very kindly and considerable and managed to have my tooth extracted painlessly."
