Not only did they treat him but our bill was so much cheaper than another local vet I had been using the past 18 years. Hence we have used Vets4Pets ever since."

Cons:

• "While the vet and receptionist were great, I was quoted 3 different prices for the same procedure, with almost £100 being the difference."
• "Attended the vet area same as lots of places understaffed and too busy. And as we all know the price they charge is plucked out of thin air always causing a large intake of breath."
• "Didn't like the misleading sales strategy. Quote for a castration and mention of the collar to protect wound and a price given. Assumed that was all in. Had it done, extra circa £30 for the collar which had been discussed so assumed it was included and some medication. Now the medication was not offered just added on to the bill before they'd even been discussed."
• "Check prices before booking!!!! 2 min consultation and booster for a cat £48.50!!!! And he only had half of the vaccine!!! Never again absolutely disgusting prices, back to Summerhill, take more time with the animals and prices more reasonable."
