  • "Ordered a bike online travel 20 miles each way had an email saying it was ready to pick up at 11.58 got there 10 mins early as had to buy a helmet etc then told did not have the bike."
  • "Ordered the bike and paid for the build and personalisation (name on a sticker) service which delays collecting the bike for 7 days. On collection handed a sticker with granddaughters name on it and told to apply it ourselves."
