Customer Service

Pros:

  • "Great experience at Eden tyres and servicing, had a nail in my rear tyre was priced £137 for a new tyre whilst waiting the mechanic came to me and said why did I want to change the tyre, I replied because it has a nail in it, he then said well I can repair it and save you some money."
  • "I needed a new valve and tyre pressure sensor, they fitted me in really quickly and it cost a lot less than I'd been quoted at another garage."
  • "Even when I’ve expected a part to need replacing, they’ve checked it and deemed it fine which surely proves they are not just after your money."

  • "However, I was told at ETS that I needed two new tyres because the treads were low. This was somewhat dubious as I'd just had an MOT and they weren't even picked up as minor faults."
