"The manager should learn to conduct himself more professionally when dealing with anything a client wants to change and not call them names. I can see he treats clients differently depending on who looks like they have a good job and doesn’t also. I won’t be returning to the salon again due to how traumatised I am and how horrible I was treated, you go to a salon to feel better about yourself and to be treated and this is the opposite experience."
Value for Money

"I was quoted £4 and I was happy with the price. I decided to walk in without making an appointment (didn't realise I had to inform that person on the phone I was coming in and after all it was only for one extension nail). As I walked in, I mentioned I had called earlier about a single tip to the person nearest to me. His demeanor towards me was absolutely rude and arrogant."
"I had a pedicure, the nail technician was lovely and polite, but did scrub the skin on my toe so intensely that it broke the skin. Toe was painful for days after and painful when walking. I was charged full price, disappointed I wasn’t offered a discount. Sadly won’t be going back as a result."
"Owner was passive aggressive with me. Made me feel unwelcome. Salon smells like dog food and fecal matter. To add, if you advertise cheap infills by trainee add a comment that it takes 2 hours and you are not allowed to comment on the work."
"I informed you I’d be late and you said it was fine (6:30pm), I walk to the door at 6:32pm due to the awkward parking surrounding your shop.. to find you all leaving and putting the shutters down. If you don’t think that’s unreasonable then I don’t know for you all. Would my full set acrylic nails have taken 2 minutes to do? If you did not want to facilitate the appointment, you should of said that."
