• "Terrible customer service at the Pontypridd store. Went in with every intention of purchasing a laptop, however after being in store for 30 mins and not being approached by the few staff that were there I decided to go and ask a group of 3 staff that were standing around talking for help."

• "Me & the wife popped in too check prices of a particular product, spoke to staff member he tipped us off to the possibility of a price reduction in the coming week, good as his word £50 reduction Sweet, great customer service."
