• "Their cafe can be woefully under staffed, one time there was just one person working the till, serving at the coffee counter and clearing tables."

• "Rubbish - customer service was terrible. I was moaned at for having a small trolley in the self scan checkouts."

Store Layout & Cleanliness

Pros:

• "Took my Aunty shopping her daughter wasn't very well first time at this store very busy, nice and clean as with all Morrisons store it's easy to navigate around and the carpark was clean no rubbish around."
• "The parking is much easier than Sainsbury. The pharmacy staff are always helpful as are the Morrison staff."
• "Morrison's supermarket offers a range of services. It has a pharmacy, Timpsons (Key Cutting, dry cleaning can also get photographs printed there), cafe, toilets, fuel station on the site and parking is free."

Cons:

• "Bit of a shocker here, but it is Weston-Super-Mud, so it's hard to expect much from a Morrisons in a town with council estates on three sides and a mud flat on the other."
• "The baby seat prams are all filthy, covered in cobwebs and dirt, but the real highlight was stopping into the baby changing toilet to change our daughter only to find a cleaner stood there taking a leak."
