Customer Service

Pros:

• "Morrisons Barry excellent customer service the colleague on the tobacco kiosk was very helpful sue thankyou management if your listening sue deserves a pay rise or some sort of reward thanks."

• "Staff were uninterested and unconcerned. A very poor meal and I shall not be returning or recommending to anyone else."

• "Ample produce of everything you need for your day to day living plus more, like treats, electrical, newspapers, alcohol, etc, etc."

• "Like the layout on the waterfront. Good block of shops and a cafe there what else could u want. Good layout in the shop and always ppl on the tills."

Cons:

• "No tills open, we had to use the self scan contraptions that kept malfunctioning."

• "I was very disappointed at the state if the shop it was very untidy not a lot on the shelf s only one one pint of milk I wanted four one Pinter's other stock I wanted not a lot there very disappointed with this store I think I'll start going to Asda."

• "Before shopping I always do a price comparison online with Asda and Morrisons always comes out cheaper for what I buy. Staff are always helpful and friendly."
• "Great prices & good value but beware of 2 for 1 offers, check that you really need 2 of an item, the prices creep up slowly before an offer keep that in mind."

• "The onsite cafe is always nice and the staff in there are lovely."
• "Just had breakfast 2 adults and 2 children and fresh orange juice less than 20 pounds and all very nice."
