Size and Variety of Play Areas
Pros:
"It's massive, the kids love it. There's loads of room for running around and playing, good for multiple age groups."
"Awesome place with lots of new stuff in it. The new football area is amazing."
"Fantastic place for kids they have catered for all ages even the toddlers have their little play area."
"So much to do here for kids, inflate space, kids 3 Lane bowling alley, clip nd climb, and arcade machines."
"Nice big soft play for the kids. Plenty for them to do with good variety."
"This is one of the best soft plays I have taken my boys to! My boys are 8 and 4 years old, fun shack has a massive variety of things to do for both age groups."
"Great open spaces for kids to use up their energy. Lots of different activities to please any child."
"Huge place my 8yo twin boys loved it. It's secure has ample parking and the foods not bad either."
Cons:
"An ok softplay. The small area is for 1 to 4 yo but seems too small for a 4 yo and my 2 yo thought it was a bit small as well."
"Toddler section isn't great and the bigger play area is out of bounds for kids under 4."
"Pretty expensive :/ You can't take your own food or drinks so your forced to pay ridiculous prices."
"Don't bother going if you have an adventurous child who is under 4. My little boy has been to plenty of other soft plays and has been able to go everywhere with adult supervision. Not here though he was restricted to a rather poor toddler area which for the price of entry was pathetic."
"Mostly good. Think this place is overpriced as it was only once we'd paid almost £60 and entered that we realised many of the things advertised on the website cost extra money."
"Would do with some cleanliness, major rides were shut down, like the go-kart, food is substandard."
"Such a huge space, so many things to do for kids, you will think! But not all play facilities are open at all times!"
"Absolutely brilliant soft play for children. A warehouse decked out from top to bottom so is massive. However, a lot of the stuff wasn't accessible like the ring slide, role play area and bumper buggies."
Staff and Customer Service
Pros:
"It's always nice and clean, staff are friendly, and you can get drinks and snacks and such."
"Great food and really friendly staff that made the whole experience much better for the kids."
"The staff are very helpful, the venue is huge and the food we had for lunch was very tasty and very reasonably priced."
"Freindly staff however who were happy to help out."
"Staff at the entrance very rude and staff at the food counter very rude."
"The girl from the desk said "it's a cheese not sauce" and wouldn't like to change it. Necessarily, she changed it and then, I saw the bottle that she used again!"
"Booked a party here for my son (5) and it was brilliant. Really well organised, the party host was so helpful and everything was done for us, including party bags."
"My son had his birthday party here today and the staff were brilliant. They were so helpful and kept checking in to make sure everything was OK."
Cons:
"Overwhelming amount of rules and could potentially do with some neurodiversity training."
"Website unclear representation of the space as well as no clear mention of the fact it was located in with other attractions."
"We were in high risk of allergy ingredients, without knowing anything!"
"Staff need to learn how to speak to children politely. Over priced, run down rubbish will never return."
"My dad asked the man if he could run to take my son to the toilet the man on reception said no. My son then pood his pants."
"Food was lukewarm, as were the fries. The cheese salad bun had no butter/marg so was as dry as sticks."
"We were double charged for a biscuit when the till broke though and the girl said it would automatically be refunded but it's been over a week and not been refunded to us."
"Staff are friendly and helpful, the seating area is big enough to not feel hemmed in even when it’s busy and the play space is big enough for our 10 year old who wears 13/14 yrs clothes and a size 7 shoe! to play for the full 90 minute session without getting bored… this is now our regular soft play place!"
Pricing and Value for Money
Pros:
"It's reasonably priced and it's an hour and a half of good fun."
"The food we had for lunch was very tasty and very reasonably priced."
"Nice big soft play for the kids. Plenty for them to do with good variety. food is ok and very cheap. perfect for a day out."
"Lovely staff and good food choices and reasonably priced."
"This place is hugh. Great for all ages. Large cafe seating area. Best they dont spend too long on one thing as one and a half hours goes fast. My kids loved it. Reasonable price considering the price of other small indoor plays."
"Great equipment and very large soft play. Desperately need more staff, and more tills particularly when school holidays. Queue to get in took 25 minutes on recent visit with people queuing out the door (in the rain!)."
"FANTASTIC FUN PLACE for kids and adults! 12 quid per entry doesn't seem a lot but if you have a few of you it can be an expensive hour."
"Absolutely love this place extremely clean staff keep intop if cleanliness throughout visit my kids loved it loads to do for both young and older my 12 year old loved it and had a fantastic day as well as my 6 and 2 year old would definitely becoming a regular customer price is good for the 5hings you get to do."
Cons:
"After waiting 20 minutes to get in it cost just over £15 for me and my daughter, it's a big place and my daughter loved it but she wasn't the one paying for the food which was at best average and not cheap."
"First time at this softplay as we are new to the area. Thought £10.50 per child was a little much but since businesses have had to half their table availability I didn't mind much."
"Great softplay, high standard, clean and loads of stuff to do, but £21 for my two kids is a bit expensive. And also an adult is £2 even though I'm just sat there."
"1 adult and 2 children (aged 8 and 5) will cost you £29 to get in, £13.50 each for for the kids and unbelievably they charge £2 per adult."
"Kids love it, lots to do and the staff are lovely. I just can’t get my head around adults having to now pay £2 to sit."
"The queuing system takes forever to get through. Theres only two disabled parking bays and the food is expensive and not good value for money."
"The price for child is RIDICULOUSLY EXPANSIVE. not only that, adults pay 2£ !"
"Would give ZERO stars if i could. Our trip was ruined within 5 minutes of being here."
