- "They managed to squeeze the IKEA experience into a small size factor over 2 floors even with a little food court / cafe."
Cons:

- "The choice of large products like couches is limited."
- "Often doesn't have basic items like bins, vases, all Tupperware sizes etc."
- "Categorically the worst IKEA I've ever been to... this property is unable to price items properly."
Staff and Customer Service
Pros:

- "George at Click and Collect was an absolute star - solution-focused, empathetic, went above and beyond."
- "We had to return a damaged shelf for exchange and the customer service was great."
Cons:
- "Some of the staff seems like they don’t even know where some products are or if you stock them in this particular store."
- "Terrible layout, rude staff member who wouldn't get off Whatsapp when asked a question."
- "Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life occurred at this store."
Store Layout and Design
Pros:
- "An extremely welcome addition to what is now known as Livat (rather than the Kings Mall)."
- "The displays have a clean and largely uncluttered look with plenty of mini room layouts set at interesting, fully accessible angles."
- "The checkouts are mostly self-service though there are plenty of staff around to assist if you get into difficulty."
Cons:
- "Terrible layout... Not the regular Ikea you'd always expect, nor an Ikea City."
- "This store is not as spacious as some of the other stores, and often because it has lack of space, everything is crammed in."
- "The store was far too hot for shopping."
Food and Restaurant
Pros:
- "I had the meatballs with gravy and mashed potatoes, and they were really nice, delicate to the palate but substantial."
- "There’s a cafeteria (very busy at weekends)."
- "Had a great time and the food I had at the restaurant was great."
Cons:
- "Revolting substandard food! Not fit for animal consumption at a pig farm."
- "The hasselback potatoes were dry, overcooked brown, shriveled and dehydrated on the inside."
- "No option on machines for eating meatballs and mash to eat in but saw people with plates."
