"Worst experience ever from KFC Workington. We used the drive through but found ourselves sitting in a queue not moving for at least 10 minutes. When we did eventually move and placed our order, we had to wait another 15 minites before we received our order, but only after my husband had phoned to find out what was going on. We were them told that they had run out of chicken. At no time were we given any information as to why there was such a delay between placing the order and receiving it. We have decided not use KFC Workington ever again. Worst experience ever!!!!"
