• "When you live in London you get used to paying decent money for service and food. When looking at the menu I saw £7.50 for mozzarella sticks - sounds like a delicious starter. Fine. Turns out when you receive it you get three mozzarella sticks."

• "A very short walk from Kew Garden Victoria gate and adjacent to the Kew tube station."

• "We went with a wheelchair and although there is a small step to get into the place, they were very helpful moving things for us to get around without putting up a fuss."

• "Former station waiting rooms turned into smart pub and eatery. Enjoy a drink or meal watching the trains go by, or outside on the patio it’s the planes coming in to land at Heathrow. A transport-spotters paradise!"
