  • "I had booked an appointment online to have a tyre replaced, my appointment was a half hour slot 15:00 till 15:30. I arrived fifteen minutes early and dropped my car off, the receptionist took my number and said that she would call when my car was ready. Not having received a call I returned to the centre at 15:50, only to find that they hadn't even started to replace my tyre."
